Karnataka High Court Stays Proceedings against Coco-Cola - (15 Oct 2015)

Karnataka HC has granted stay on proceedings against directors of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited in a complaint registered by BN Shive Gowda, a driver working with the company on contract basis, seeking compensation for the injuries he had suffered at the company's plant.
