Delay in Case Disposal Can’t Be Solely Attributed to Advocate: Karnataka High Court - (08 Mar 2018)

Karnataka High Court has observed that the disposal of the case or delay therein cannot be solely attributed to any one advocate appearing for a litigant in the court of law.
