Supreme Court Says 'Aadhaar Not Mandatory for NEET' - (08 Mar 2018)

Supreme Court has ruled that Aadhaar is not mandatory for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET. The court said that CBSE, the agency that conducts this medical entrance test, cannot make Aadhaar mandatory for students who are taking the test.
