Allahabad High Court Cancels Appointment of UPPSC Chief - (15 Oct 2015)

Allahabad High Court has set aside appointment of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) chairman Dr Anil Yadav, while declaring it “ultra vires”.
