Delhi HC Quashes JNU Circular Declaring M.Phil Mandatory For 2016-17 Ph.D Students - (05 Mar 2018)

Delhi High Court has quashed circulars issued in 2017 by Jawaharlal Nehru University making it mandatory for students who had taken admission in its PhD course in 2016 to possess an M.Phil degree to pursue PhD course.
