Bombay High Court Permits BCCI to be Present During Cross-Examination by Lalit Modi - (01 Mar 2018)

Bombay High Court has permitted the representatives of BCCI to remain present during the cross examination of some witnesses by former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi in an alleged case of violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
