SC Directs NALSA to Furnish Details on Jails with 150% Occupancy - (27 Feb 2018)

Supreme Court has directed National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) to look into the issue of overcrowded prisons and sought information on jails where occupancy is over 150 per cent, as on December 31, 2017.
