Bombay High Court Raps ACB for Closing Probe on FSI for Parking - (22 Feb 2018)

Bombay High Court has rapped the Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) for closing investigation into corruption by developers who did not hand over parking spaces in their projects despite getting additional floor space index (FSI) for the same under a scheme started by the previous government.
