Bombay High Court on Sohrabuddin Case: Not Getting Enough Assistance from CBI - (22 Feb 2018)

Bombay High Court has said that the CBI had failed to adequately assist it in Sohrabuddin Shaikh encounter case, due to which it was still unclear on the agency’s overall case.
