Bombay High Court Stays Income Tax Notice to Uber India Demanding Rs 109cr - (21 Feb 2018)

Bombay High Court has temporarily stayed the order and notices issued by Income Tax department to Uber India Systems Private Limited, demanding a sum of over Rs 109 crore, from the company which provides support, collection and payments services to the app-based cab aggregator.
