Gujarat High Court Dismisses Public Interest Litigation (PIL) Demanding Tabling of MB Shah Report - (07 Aug 2015)

Gujarat High Court has dismissed PIL filed by the then Gujarat chief minister Suresh Mehta and others pleading that report prepared by Justice M B Shah enquiry commission be tabled in Gujarat State Assembly.
