Meaningless PILs Will Be Costly: Madras High Court - (19 Feb 2018)

Madras High Court, while dismissing a PIL filed by social activist Traffic Ramaswamy has warned that in future, exemplary costs will be imposed for frivolous Public Interest Litigations, which do not concern the public at large.
