Bombay High Court: Kamala Mills Fire Institutional Failure of BMC, Excise Dept - (19 Feb 2018)

Bombay High Court has said that considering the scale of violation of regulations, it is impossible to accept that Kamala Mills fire incident could have occurred without connivance of civic officials.
