Supreme Court Stays TN Bar Council Order Suspending Licence of Advocate - (19 Feb 2018)

SC has stayed the order of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry by which it had suspended licence of an advocate while sending a recommendation to BCI for cancellation of his enrollment on the ground that he had concealed the fact of his involvement in criminal cases at the time of enrollment.
