Supreme Court Issues Notice on Challenge to Haryana Backward Classes Act, 2016 - (19 Feb 2018)

Supreme Court has issued notice on the prayer for interim relief, returnable in four weeks, against the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s order, refusing to quash Schedule-III of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in Services and Admission in Educational Institutions) Act, 2016.
