Delhi HC Denies to Stay CAGs Exit Conference with TPDDL - (13 Oct 2015)

Delhi High Court has denied to stop CAG from holding an 'exit conference' to discuss its draft audit report with a discom operated by Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (TPDDL) in Delhi, saying any step taken on final report would be subject to its order.
