Supreme Court: Arbitration Dispute Can't be Raised After Accepting F&F Payment of Contractual Amount - (16 Feb 2018)

Supreme Court has held that the party should not have been permitted to raise arbitration dispute after accepting full and final payment of the contractual amount.
