Delhi HC: CCI Probe into Vodafone Group for Inter-connect Default an "Abuse" - (13 Feb 2018)

Delhi High Court has termed as an "abuse" the CCI's decision to investigate United Kingdom-based Vodafone Group plc, the parent company of Vodafone India, for default in providing inter-connection to Reliance Jio (RJio).
