Supreme Court Stays Madras HC Order Banning Sand Quarrying in Tamil Nadu - (06 Feb 2018)

Supreme Court has stayed a Madras High Court order that asked the Tamil Nadu government to stop sand quarrying in the state within six months and banned opening new quarries.
