Supreme Court Says "No" to Plea Seeking Stay on Jaypee Infratech’s Bidding Process - (05 Feb 2018)

Supreme Court has refused to stay the bidding process under Jaypee Infratech Ltd’s resolution process that was initiated to raise money for completion of the developer’s delayed projects as part of its debt resolution process.
