Bofors Case: CBI Goes Against Attorney General's Advice, Files Appeal in SC After 12-Year Delay - (05 Feb 2018)

Sources said CBI's law officers were in favour of the appeal as the agency came out with "some important documents and evidence" to challenge the high court order.
