Act Increasing Salaries of Supreme Court, High Court Judges Notified - (31 Jan 2018)

Government has notified the hike in salaries of Supreme Court and High Court judges. It increases the salary of CJI from the current Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2.80 lakhs per month. It further increases the salary of SC Judges & HC Chief Justices from the current Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 2.50 lakh per month.
