SC Questions Maintainability of Subramanian Swamy's Plea Seeking Probe into Sunanda Pushkar's Death - (29 Jan 2018)

Supreme Court asked Subramanian Swamy to first argue on maintainability of the plea seeking probe by a court-monitored Special Investigation Team into Sunanda Pushkar's death and posted the matter for hearing after three weeks.
