Madhya Pradesh High Court: Lack of Knowledge, Experience of Lawyer 'No' Ground to Recall Witness - (29 Jan 2018)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has reiterated that the incompetence of a lawyer cannot be a ground for recalling witnesses under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
