Bombay HC: Cops Not Knowing Law Don’t Deserve To Be in Force - (25 Jan 2018)

Bombay High Court has slammed Mumbai police for the manner in which it violated laws while investigating a custodial death at Mankhurd police station in 2015. The Court has directed police commissioner Dattatray Padsalgikar to order an inquiry by an inspector general rank officer into the incident.
