Delhi High Court Seeks EC's Reply on AAP's Disqualified MLAs - (25 Jan 2018)

Delhi High Court, while refusing to stay Centre’s notification disqualifying 20 Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs for holding “Office of Profit”, has asked the Election Commission (EC) not to announce dates for by-poll in 20 constituencies of the Capital.
