Supreme Court Seeks Centre's View Over PIL Seeking 'No' Reservation Benefits to Creamy Layer - (23 Jan 2018)

Supreme Court has asked for the view of Union Government on a PIL that sought keeping out the creamy layer, that is relatively wealthier or well educated, among SC/ST tribes in matters of providing reservation in jobs and education sector.
