Bombay HC Orders Elder to Pay Up Small-Time Investors and Restrain it from Selling Assets - (12 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC has directed Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd to repay Rs 155 crore to small-time investors. The court also admitted 24 winding up petitions filed against company and restrained it from selling assets or creating third party rights without permission from court.
