Criminal Contempt Charges Should be Filed Against CJAR For CJI Petition: SCBA President - (17 Jan 2018)

SCBA president Vikas Singh's statement came in response to a part of the complaint by CJAR had alleged that CJI might not have dictated the orders in open court but only have done that after the registration of the FIR.
