Bombay HC Allows Accused's Transfer to Arthur Road Jail in German Bakery Blast Case - (12 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has directed Nagpur Central Prison to transfer German Bakery bomb blast accused Himayat Baig to Arthur Road prison, pending the appeal hearing filed by him challenging his death sentence.
