Supreme Court LIVE: Higher Judiciary Split Out in Open, Justice Chelameswar Says Efforts to 'Convince' CJI Failed - (12 Jan 2018)

In an unprecedented move, four sitting judges of the Supreme Court are addressing the media, saying the administration of the top court is “not in order” and that efforts to convince Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra had “failed”. The judges who are scheduled to address the media include Justice J Chelameswar, Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice Madan B Lokur and Justice Kurien Joseph.
