Show ‘Sensitivity’ While Dealing With Cases Involving Minors, Bombay High Court - (11 Jan 2018)

Bombay High Court has pulled up the Mumbai Police over its “insensitive” approach towards cases involving minors. The HC accordingly directed the police force to be sensitive while dealing with cases wherein either the accused or the complainant is a minor.
