Supreme Court Orders New SIT to Probe 1984 Anti-Sikh Riot Cases - (11 Jan 2018)

Supreme Court has decided to set up a new Special Investigation Team headed by a retired High Court Judge to probe the 1984 anti-Sikh riots cases after it found that the existing SIT, set up by the NDA government in 2015, had not done its job properly.
