Delhi High Court Directs MCDs to Deseal Towers, Fix Network - (12 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC on application moved by a telecom company and Cellular Operators Association of India claiming that around 130 of their mobile towers have been wrongly sealed by MCDs, has asked MCDs to immediately deseal mobile towers for which cellular operators have obtained valid licenses.
