Delhi High Court Grants Iconic ‘Tunday Kababi’ Shop Exclusive Right to Trademark - (08 Jan 2018)

Delhi High Court has ruled that the ‘Tunday Kababi’ name belongs exclusively to Mohammad Usman, the grandson of Haji Murad Ali ‘Tunday’ in Lucknow.
