Govt. Notifies Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 - (05 Jan 2018)

Central Government has notified Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 which aims at strengthening corporate governance standards by providing for strict action against defaulting companies and improving ease of doing business in the country
