BSE Fines 370 Firms for Not Complying with SEBI Norms on Woman Director - (09 Oct 2015)

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has fined 370 companies for not complying with Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) norm on appointment of at least one woman director on their respective boards, within the prescribed timelines.
