Madras High Court Set Aside Detention Orders of 5 Arrested under Goondas Act - (09 Oct 2015)

Madras High Court has quashed detention of five youths, under Goondas Act, arrested for cutting sacred thread of three persons, including two temple priests, four months ago, as no arrest memo, arrest intimation, remand orders were furnished to the detenues.
