SC: Hear Students, Parents Before Raising Fee Of Pvt Professional Educational Institutions - (28 Dec 2017)

Supreme Court has observed that fee regulating authority u/s 11(3) of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions Act of 2015 must devise a mechanism to afford an opportunity of being heard to affected students in its decisions to enhance the fee structure of institutions.
