IGST is Leviable When Art Works Sent to Gallery is Purchased by Buyer: CBEC - (26 Dec 2017)

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has said that when an art work sent to the gallery is purchased by a person, Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) would be applicable.
