European Court Rules, "Uber is Officially a Cab Firm", Should be Regulated Like a Taxi Company - (21 Dec 2017)

European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that Uber Technologies Inc should be classified as a transport service and regulated like other taxi operators.
