Supreme Court to Govt: Put Nodal Agency in Place To Check Explicit Videos - (21 Dec 2017)

Supreme Court, with a view to ensure that explicit videos depicting rape, gang rape and child pornography are not available for circulation in the Internet, has asked Government to put in place portal of nodal agency which can ask search engines to block such videos.
