'Why No Condom Ads Between 6am-10pm': Rajasthan High Court - (21 Dec 2017)

Rajasthan High Court has asked the Information and Broadcasting (I&B) ministry to explain why it issued an order saying condom advertisements can't be shown on TV between 6am and 10pm.
