Delhi High Court Denies Divorce To Man Who Complained Of Wife's Visits To Her Parents - (20 Dec 2017)

Delhi High Court, dismissing a plea of a man seeking divorce on grounds of cruelty, has said that a wife is entitled to visit her parents and it cannot be a reason for the husband to complain.
