Delhi L-G has Primacy Over State Government, Supreme Court Tells AAP - (18 Dec 2017)

While stressing it was a preliminary observation, the five judge constitutional bench of the Supreme court said that the entire scheme of the democratic governance of Delhi was tilted in favour of L-G.
