No Action Against Those Still Having Old Notes, Says Centre; SC Refers Pleas to Constitution Bench - (18 Dec 2017)

A bench comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud said the Constitution Bench would deal with the individual plea of those who could not deposit their currency notes during the window period provided by the RBI.
