Supreme Court Stays NCLT Order, Puts Govt Takeover of Unitech on Hold - (13 Dec 2017)

The government conceded it should not have approached the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). On Tuesday, the SC had said NCLT should have taken its leave before allowing the Centre to take over the management of Unitech.
