Madras HC Directs DVAC to Take Actions in Accordance with Law in Illegal Land Grabbing Case - (08 Oct 2015)

Madras High Court while observing investigation report filed by Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) that revealed cognizable offences have been committed by encroachers and some officals in allotment of land to construct a common park in a posh area on the city outskirts, has directed police to proceed in accordance with law against all offenders.
