Bombay HC Orders for Making RoC Website a “Protected System” - (08 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has ordered 3 Union Ministries to consider making website of Registrar of Companies (RoC) a 'protected system' under Section 70 of Information Technology Act, so that unauthorised access could be criminally handled.
