Delhi HC Sets Aside CIC Order Declaring Every Minister A Public Authority Under RTI Act - (08 Dec 2017)

Delhi High Court has set aside ‘as not sustainable’ the order of the Central Information Commission declaring every minister a “public authority” under the Right to Information Act.
